William Hill Poker's graphic color combinations are somewhat easy on the eyes. William Hill Poker's tables are varying hues of blue with red chairs and blue player placards. The table is set upon a dark blue carpet and the software suggests a darkened room. Four card-back color shades also adds to the effect of making the poker tables more comfortable. The Cryptologic software is among the best in user friendliness on the internet. The main menu screen is both easy to understand and concise in it's use. The various lobbies are also easy to understand. The cash game screens convey the "Hands per Hour" statistic as well as the "Players Seeing the Flop" statistic, both of which are instrumental in allowing the player to find the right table to play on.

The tournament software conveys all of the information for each tournament at the players fingertips and is well laid out for a high degree of comprehension.

There are few small drawbacks at William Hill Poker, however. Players are required to input their passwords to gain access to the pokersite as well as any account information. Player account balances are not viewable from the main menu screen. The stats menu in the player tables are frequently incorrectly tabulated. Players also sitting out for short periods of time can find that they have lost their seats to players on the waiting list. Bad Beat Poker Jackpot

William Hill offers a Bad Beat Jackpot. The Bad Beat Jackpot starts at $2500, and increases by $150 each day that it is not won.

Four-of-a-kind Jacks or better must be beaten, both players must use both hole cards, and the hand must go to showdown. The two-cards-in-the-hole stipulation applies to Omaha as well as Stud.

Players qualifying for the Bad beat Jackpot will be allocated a percentage of the jackpot based on the limit they play:
