PokerStars has a variety of freerolls available to it’s players. These freerolls are, standard no-cost freerolls, FPP qualifier freerolls and VIP Program freerolls.
Weekly Round Two $1,000 Freerolls
Weekly Round Two $1,000 Freerolls occur each Sunday at 2:00PM EST. This freeroll rotates each week between NL Hold'em, FL Hold'em, FL Stud Ho/Lo and FL Omaha Hi/Lo. Players qualify for the Weekly Round Two $1,000 Freeroll by finishing in the top 27 places of the Daily Round One qualifiers. Players can qualify through NL Hold'em, FL Hold'em, FL Omaha Hi/Lo, FL 7-Stud Hi/Lo or FL 7-Stud High qualifiers that run daily or weekly.
The Sunday Two Grand
The Sunday Two Grand takes place every Sunday at 6:00PM EST. It has a prize pool of $2,000 and a buy-in of 50 FPPs.
FPP Freerolls
FPP Freerolls are qualifier events for various tournaments including the WSOP, WCOOP, WPT, EPT and APPT
Currently, FPP freeroll qualifiers are running several times daily for the various EPT live tournaments for the 2007-2008 European Poker Tour Season.
VIP Level Freerolls
PokerStars VIP Club members who have reached SilverStar status have earned the right to enter weekly freerolls for thousands of dollars.
VIP weekly freeroll tournaments will run every Saturday on the following schedule (all times EST):
$20,000 VIP Weekly Freeroll
Every Saturday at 2:30PM EST, all SilverStar and higher VIP players who spend 100 FPPs in entry are eligible for this weekly freeroll.
$50,000 VIP Weekly Freeroll
This weekly freeroll occurs each Saturday at 2:00PM EST and is a freeroll for all Supernova players. GoldStar and PlatinumStar members can win entry via satellite freerolls throughout the week.
$100,000 VIP Monthly Freeroll
This monthly freeroll is open to all GoldStar and higher players, as well as any SilverStar players who have satellited into the event. It takes place at 3:00PM EST on the last Saturday of every month.
