I'm sure Doyle's Room does, but the problem is that Streak's neteller account is already on a skin that Doyle's Room is affliated with. It is the same problem you will discover when trying to open an Empire account if yo ualready have a Party account. |

According to The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition, definition #2 of guys is "guys Informal. Persons of either sex." |

What's the minimum deposit for DoylesRoom.com? I see it says 10 Sterling Pounds, but what's that in USD?
When they showed him in his room during the Tournament of Champions, I wonder if it was this site that was on his monitor?

Heres a bit of an indication for you how stupid it is not to have Super System 2 available for release now.
Its the 131st most popular book on Amazon. That means of all the books on Amazon, Super System 2 is 131st on the current sales list. Thats pretty damn popular, considering thats just the PRE ORDERS.
Now, that guys email says only 100 people or so have qualified to get the book....seems like they're missing out on a few sales.

My assumption is that this is not possible. |
You can, you just can't use the same name you're using at Victory. |

| I fail to see how that is "stupid". Like you said, a lot of people pre-ordered it. To get into the top 150, maybe 3000 pre-orders? 5,000? 10,000? If 25% of those people go signup, they probably double they're player base. Then a month later they put it up for sale. The money they make from expanding their player base, should far exceed the few people who get pissed and never buy it. |

| I wonder how much these books will cost on ebay before they go on sale. |

I think this is a brilliant idea. It's obvious they'll put it on general sale at some point but they're trying to get the traffic up on Doylesroom.com and the many different skins associated.
I play a lot on one of the other skins and tried to sign up to Doylesroom last night. I couldn't do it because of my other account, although I can use other skins with the same account.
They currently get about 2500 - 3000 players on their skins so if by doing this for a few months doubles or triples the amount of players on there they'll be laughing.
Doyle will be getting a pretty sum from all the skins I would've thought for doing this and he'll know exactly when the book will go on sale to the general public. |

| I play at doylesroom solely for the book, accumulate 8252 pts after 2 days, I normally play at 2 .5/1 NL tables. Support said the book should come out at the end of this month ^^ |

| They accepted my Firepay deposit so I now have accounts with Victory and Doyles. I will have my 10,000 points by next week. |

From a promotional and business viewpoint, I also think it is a brilliant idea. Let's face it, with so many new poker sites opening up, name recognition just may not be enough anymore. There has to be something "special" that brings players to the site.
I think they will find a lot of players coming through for the book, but then the question remains on whether they will stay or not.
As far as "guys"...well, I liked the viewpoints of both parties being expressed, however being a female I can voice my thoughts and that is that I do consider myself "one of the guys" yet maybe it could have been stated as "players" to avoid the explanation given in parentheses after the word "guys" LOL |

This has gotten waaaay too politically correct for me. People are so sensitve now-a-days.
guys, girls, gals, players, haters, - it's all rock 'n' roll to me.
I have never been derogatory when I've used guys and never will be, and that's good enough for me.
What do you guys think?!

What is the lowest limit at Doylesroom? Any 0.25/0.50 tables in there? What is the traffic like? I assume the bigger the limit the more Action points you get?
If you're playing 0.25/0.50(or perhaps 0.10/0.20) and playing for say 2 hours a day (and hopefully playing 2 tables), How long would it take to get 10,000 Action points. Just an approximation will do

I "Almost" joined Doyles room for the book last night but just could not pull the trigger.
I decided I did not want to play just for a BOOK. I thought there was a deposit bonus too for SS2 but guess not.
If there is not a meaty bonus, I will wait. |

Min. Deposit there is $20 USD, well actually $18 but I like round numbers.
I think it's worth playing for the book because if you can get 10,000 AP by playing and at the end of it be up then haven't you gotten the book for free - not counting your play time.
I'll make a stab at it with $20. I could go broke easily and not even get the book, but the book was going to be sold for how much anyway? $30 or $40?
