That "Kill Tilt Now" appears to be some kind of self published deal. That doesn't necessarily make it bad or unworthy of reading but you'd think if it really has something to offer the author would be able to find some type of publishing outlet. As such I'm always a little dubious of those. I'm curious how you heard about this book?
I haven't had a chance to take a look at the other book although I do have it in my Amazon wish list and will be looking at that more closely in the future once i finish up some of the books I am currently reading. |

Regarding Kill Tilt Now, I was sorting through a few dozen business cards that I had on my desk and one of them had www.killtiltnow.com on it. That's how I learned about it. I actually like the excerpts that they have on their site. With Poker Wizards, I was just browsing thru amazon when I found it. It sort of reminded me of a book called Market Wizards, a trading book that I read years ago. It's a book with an all star cast ranging from Negreanu to Ferguson. |

I liked the excerpt I found one typo and didn't agree some of it but overall the extract was good.
"Everyday, right after you wake up, look at yourself in the mirror and say, “I am not my plays, I am above my plays. I am not my performance, I am above my performance. I am not my results, I am above my results. I am not my bankroll, I am above my bankroll.” Also repeat the following affirmation: “I am not a human having, relating, doing, playing, or having. I am a human BEING”. Also, “My thoughts and my behaviors are programs. I am the programmer of my thoughts and the manager of my behaviors”.

| I read 90% of Wizards recently. Decent book, though it's a broad overview of strategy from several different pros, and each section is similar. |

| I have the Poker Wizards book, but I have not had time to do anything but skim it. I do like how most of the scenarios of tournament situations are assuming the same level, same stack, and same makeup of the table. It gives you a chance to gain insight how widely different players think in the same situation. |
