Just sat down and got this hand after posting. I should have raised, right? And once he bet 55 cents on the flop was folding something to be considered? Turn and river were lucky. I think I didn't do too well.

I'm usually checking pre-flop here. I'm only occasionally raising as the hand is a bit weak for that. Mini-raising is also an option to sweeten the pot and try to win postion post-flop.
At NL10 a big bet usually means a big hand so I'm calling here on the flop. If villain does have a good hand then I should win a lot when I hit my draw.
An ace hit on the turn but villain continues to bet the pot. I think villain is either an aggressive player or has hit a set. AJ would normally raise from MP pre-flop but I suppose this is possible. Although we have hit the ace I think I'm folding the turn. We have poor odds to call to hit the flush and we may even be against a set which would make things worse. I would guess that villain can beat our top pair hand too. I think I would only play on here if I had a read that villain is a LAG.
On the river it is hard to fold after hitting trips but it is hard to see what we can beat either. I might call as the odds are good and villain can always have something silly if he is an unknown, it is probably correct to fold though.
I'm raising preflop. Looks like you're up against a bunch of weak hands. Raise it up and make them pay. You'll probably get a bunch of folds. If you get a caller or two, you'll be in position.
As played, I play flop, turn and river the same as you. Villain has 53o obviously.
