How do I get my poker tracker database on my desktop on to my lap top?

I normally do a backup and restore of the database, but I'm using the SQL database where that's an obvious option, and I don't know if that's the case of the standard access database.

IIRC (it's some time since I switched to PostgreSQL) you can transfer the database by copying two files, I think the files are:

<database name>.mdb
hhdb.mdb
