SB is quite lively: 26/11/1.5. I'm not sure if he's tricky or just inconsistent, but you always feel as though you have a chance against him. I've played him a lot, lost to him a lot but won more.
The 400-odd hands I have on UTG+1 show a 38/18/1.8 LAG, and not a very good one.
Do you think you are ahead often enough vs SB? If so, you can call here and raise the turn, facing UTG+1 with 2 bets cold. On the other hand, UTG+1 (the LAG) is probably going to raise in case he has something, so the chance of him outdrawing you isn't that big. So getting him out isn't that important. Just calling down may be the best course of action.

Yes, you may be right. Anyway, I was thinking I should protect against an A or Q, charge a gutshot J or lower pair, and also I wouldn't mind buying the button, so
Hero is BB with K : T :
Flop: (6 SB) 7 : 9 : T : (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, SB raises, and Hero 3-bets; but then UTG+1 caps!, and SB and Hero call,
