I finished 6th, good for 4.5k - Lost a flip to bust - for a change - this time KQ beat my 66 by hitting a 4 flush.
Once again thanks for the rail all. Let's hop my run good continues into Sunday. |

Nice one mate, keep it up!
There does seems to be a pattern of people running hot and cold at making FT's. |

Congrats Paul!
That last hand has been rolling around in my head. I don't know what kind of read you had on the villain. That matters. If he is a known tight player then maybe you should fold. That is debatable, but I don't think so. He was utg+1 right? I don't remember for sure. If villain were in the CO or button it's an easy push I think. You will get called by any Ax. Maybe you will get called by that anyway.
But I'm pretty sure it's right to play here. You need a double, but even just winning the chips already in the pot is really helpful. He thought about folding. But his stack was too big and his loss wouldn't hurt him greviously.
However the Stop and Go move may be better than the push. It's certainly an option worth considering.
Interesting last hand.

GG TP. Didn't see this one, but saw Friday's FT. A good weekend so far.
Keep it going into Sunday!!!!!
Hopefully you'll do better than the clarets did today!!! I mean, one eye on the cup final and you can't beat them at home????? (NB: US players not expected to understand this ) |
