Just stumbled across this program on the web and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it.

Do these kind of programs help or will it be better in the end to play without the calculators at the tables?

Little embarrassed to admit I have this; mainly because it does the M calcs, I was using an Excel spreadsheet for them but TI is less hassle. Overall the software is a little flakey, for Stars you have to keep your window in cascade size, have the chat set to 'Everything' and you can't use the 4 color deck.

The software tracks the main stats: VP$IP, PFR, Total AF, WToSD and W$SD as well as stack sizes. It also calculates outs and hand strength but I wouldn't rely on it as based solely on your hand and the board.

I used it for a few weeks but don't bother with it anymore.

I guess this is something I should be getting the nag of myself and not count on a program to do it for me.
For the stats of the players Poker Tracker seems to be fine. Although I don't display them on a HUD, for the most time a quick peek at the stats of some player in the Tourney Time window is enough.
