If you do a reprint, I think it might be nice if at the start of each Test Your Skills section it would list what hand # it would correspond to in the poker tutor. At the present I am writing (hate messing up my new book) in the upcoming chapter's Test Your Skills what that tutor hand # it will be. I do this prior to reading the chapter.
