Page 55 - $0.25/$0.50 Limit Holdem
You have an EP limp, MP raise, you call in the SB, and the BB folds.
You then display the flop and then have MP betting, without asking if you should check, or stating that EP checked. I'll give you that one, as its getting close to the bottom of the page
However, on page 56 in the explanation:
1) You state that there is only one other player, but after MP bets there is you and EP still in the hand.
2) You state that one reason raising is good is to knock out the BB. The BB folded preflop - you mean EP.
