By the looks of it preflop I wouldn't say his range includes 1010+, AQ+ but you can never be sure of anything against a villan whom open min-raises.

We're getting great odds on the flop ~ 10:1 i'm not folding here unless we have some good reads such as villan only min-bets with a great hand. The choice is narrowed to calling or raising. I probably lean more towards raising but it depends on the villan.

Turn same thing as flop.

River, the final pot after you call will be about 2$ and it costs us 0.30$ to call. That means we only need to be ahead of villans range 15% of the time and I think villan would have bet a bigger amount somewhere along the line with a great hand so i'm calling.
