How am I supposed to play this turn?

I call flop intending to call down. The turn brings a third heart and calling feels weak. If the 4th heart comes on the river I can´t call a bet. I could fold but there´s a reasonable chance I have the best hand. So I go for a free showdown raise (something I rarely do).

5/10 Limit Holdem
6 players

Pre-flop: (1.5 SB, 6 players) Hero is BB 4 of Spades 4 of Clubs
4 folds, SB raises, Hero calls

Flop: 7 of Spades 6 of Hearts Queen of Hearts (4.0 SB, 2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls

Turn: 8 of Hearts (3.0 BB, 2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, Hero folds

I'm never folding this turn, nor am I ever raising it. (I hate free showdown raises.) I the river, you can probably fold in case a heart comes. It's allowed to fold a pair if the board get's really nasty.

As I'm sure you're aware you risk folding the best hand with a free showdown raise. It may seem unlikely your good when he 3 bets this turn but there is a chance he's doing this with a lone heart or straight draw, especially BvB.

I'd call the turn and fold a heart river and possibly a 9, T, 5 river but then I don't show down enough.

To all, would it be correct to fold a 9, T, or 5 river?

Yeah , I don´t know. Does somebody know the math here?

If your folding all those river cards your folding around 40% (19/46) on the river

To call down from the turn on you need to be good 28.5% (2/7) of the time.

How often do you need to be good if you "only" call 60% on the river?
