Apparently a bill has been introduced that will make online Recreational Gambling legal. You just have to prove that you downloaded softare for personal use, not distribution. Apparently it was wrongly reported to have been passed, but that was a clerical error.
The bills sponsor recommends that poker players contact the chairman of the commitee where the bill is being considered. Perhaps I am a wuss, but I am a bit nervous about calling a state official and basically letting them know I am commiting a Class C Felony. Should I be concerened?
