In the US it is something like $30 and worth every penny of it. I have estimated that reading the book has saved me a lot more than that in mental anguish if not in real $.
BTW, the next time Ian is in SF I will be happy to buy him beer and chips - and if he likes fine wine we can open a bottle of my 1999 Georges de Latour Private Reserve Cab.
