Royal Flush 4 hands in 2,598,960 or 0.000154%
Straight Flush 36 hands in 2,598,960 or 0.00139%
Four of a Kind 624 hands in 2,598,960 or 0.0240%
Full House 3744 hands in 2,598,960 or 0.144%
Flush 5108 hands in 2,598,960 or 0.197%
Straight 10,200 hands in 2,598,960 or 0.392%
Three of a Kind 54912 hands in 2,598,960 or 2.11%
Two Pair 123,552 hands in 2,598,960 or 4.75%
Pair 1,098,240 hands in 2,598,960 or 42.26%
BUT WHEN I look into my tracker which have aboutas many as 500 000 hands. I find my resutl very different from above .
The chance of haveing one pair is MUCH lower , only 35%.
Anyone can explain this ? Or i ve got something wrong when calculating?

Just a guess... but the calculations are probably done assuming that you see each hand to showdown.
When you play you might get to showdown a small percentage of each hand. Like 35% of the 17% of hands you even play.
If your total number of hands in PT is 500k then your numbers will be out. I'm pretty sure you can filter for hands that went to showdown somehow though.
