I'm going to start bonus chasing here pretty soon and just want to know how I can get the most money out of it. I'm goanna be depositing the most that i can so im obviously going to get rake back for each poker site. So what ells can i get when signed up through a rack back site? I want to maximize the money I can get from anything.

Bull will know the bigger picture, but in your position, and thinking of bonuses rather than rakeback, I looked first at the Microgaming (used to be Prima) sites. (http://www.microgaming.com/pnpokerroom.php) Several offer decent first-deposit bonuses that clear reasonably fast at 1/2 if you're playing around 8-10k hands a month. Have a trawl through and see who's offering the best clearance rates.
Good at the moment is Poker Host, offering 100% up to $2,000 @ 10x dealt raked hands. You have only 2-3 months to clear, though, depending on when you deposit. At 8-10k hpm you can reasonably clear $500 per month.
Eurolinx has 100% to $500 @ 14x drh, 60-day clearance. You can also redeem the points you earn there for additional cash bonuses, which work out at about $1 per 30 drh (i.e. about another $200 on top of your $500).
Gnuf is in the ITH free-gift programme (Poker Bonus Gifts in the navigation bar above). Sign up through ITH for 100% up to $500, 90-day clearance (plus a free gift ). You clear this one by earning points - works out at around 12.5x drh, I think.
There are no doubt others, but that would keep you busy for a few months.
