It might be a bit much... but perhaps you can solicit some help. But I think it would be a good idea to have a sticky that summarizes the current state of legality in each major country.
For the US it might say, legal to play, banks cannot process EFTs, most credit cards do not work. Then link to a cashiering spreadsheet or a post that lists which sites US can play at.
For other countries it may be less relevant, but perhaps a more summarized picture of the landscape would be useful since we have threads all over the place and it might be tough to find out what is going on if you didn't follow everything from the start.
Perhaps a couple of links to some of the articles that have been published, summarizing the events and the effects on players would do the trick.
