Don't use starting hand charts unless your unexperienced. In which case understand why the hand charts advises you to take certain actions with certain hands and then throw it away.

The problem with starting hand charts is that different playing styles have different opening hand requirements. It's not as technical a game as limit hold em is so the right chart for you probably wouldn't be the right chart for me or someone else.
That said, Phil Gordon's books have some starting hand charts for NL and I think they are available for download from his website.
If you are new to NL I would recommend reading some of the literature out there. If you are playing cash there are a whole slew of books that have come out in the past 18 months that should help lay some groundwork and there are a number of NL tournament books as well.
