There was for a time an application called "Star Spy" which allowed this to happen; just a week or so ago PS changed their TOS to prohibit the exact thing that StarSpy did, so the author discontinued it,.
So no, AFAIK you can't do that any longer. At least Stars has the flop% in the lobby which provides a little extra info to aid in game selection

Sorry for bringing this one back from the dead, but I just ran across a http://www.starspyplus.com ad. It looks like they put out a new version, this one doesn't even require you to log in to stars, which I guess is their way of protecting it from stars detecting it.
