Villain is a TAG but players didnt seem to check/raise the flop that often so I decided to take a stab. Good or bad?

I like the preflop play but I never bet the flop with this board texture. The and connect to lots of hands people limp with. I would bet if the flop was A94, K82, 772 or similar. In general, flops with two cards Q,J,T,9,8 connect to lots of hands people limp with. I would check behind here to see what happens. (Hopefully spike my set).

I'm not really sure about the river call. The only hands he can bluff with are busted flush draws. Hands like QJ, Q9 and J9 improved on the turn. He is in the SB so he has lots of suited crap in his range though. Pretty close either way.

Yeah, but I expect them to bet any Kx, Tx and some good draws so once they check to me I should be quite good. This of course is based on the read that they don´t check/raise flops with a pair or a draw. And if they decide to check/call with draws I can at least take a free card. But you might be right. My read isn´t 100%, it´s more like 80%.

On the river I like my call. But he had QJ and took down the pot.

edit: and i often forget that I am behind even to QJ on this flop
