BTW, if you think you're cursed after 0-2, wait until the end of the season. The best professional sports bettors in the world can pick 55% long term. That makes really long losing streaks inevitable.
Also, consider that if you went 1-1, you might feel a little better, but you are still losing money because you have not kept up with the book's juice. If you only make 2 bets against the spread, you have to win them both to be profitable. I wrote an article related to that concept here

Darvon, can you bet USC today, please. I can get +370 on my Buckeyes at GamblersPalace.
At +370 they only have to win 21.3% of the time to be profitable. I think USC is a favorite to win the game, but that seems a bit extraordinary to me. |

I am finding that I like betting the line a lot.
But carib doesn't put out the line early, just the spread.
Is this common? |

Yup. Sometimes they don't post moneylines at all. |
