The $100 monthly loyalty bonus requires 3,000 raked hands.
see you could play 3000 hands at $0.10 tables and probably not lose anything then cash in the $100. You can't guarantee $100 by playing 3000 hands on $0.50 tables. So it's low risk, guaranteed reward.

For poker bonuses, I prefer to find sites where they offer a good deal at the game/limit I like to play, and then get the bonus on top of my poker winnings. The faster the bonus clears the better, as then I can go find another bonus.
The situation you describe is how I view a casino (blackjack) bonus: I look for ways to mitigate the house advantage. I don't expect to win anything at the tables, but should be able to minimize losing much bonus money prior to cashing out.

how does that deal compare to other sites?
I can only answer in terms of my situation. I like to play $3/6 and $5/10 full ring limit holdem. For those games, I can find better bonus opportunities.

You have to play 3,000 CONTRIBUTED RAKED hands. Imo this is not worth doing. Do the 500 sign-up, that's a great deal but the 3,000 is a PITA.
