hand 21: I would normally fold A-rag in the small blind just to stay out of trouble, but limping can't be all that bad. This flop is for checking and seeing what happens behind you and most likely check-folding to most any action.
hand 28: Buy in full preflop. Or shortstack properly. 38bbs is no mans land. Raise preflop. You're short, you're looking for excuses to get your money in the pot as soon as possible with jacks. Postflop is probably okay depending on reads.
hand 35: Not a huge fan of limping ATs in MP1. Make a real bet on the flop and be willing to get your stack in if someone raises. At least 30c. Turn bet is a bit small too.
Hand 40: Raise preflop if you're going to play. Bet the flop and be done with the hand if you get any significant action.
Eh. I obviously looked at the one where you had pretty much no cards.
Play with full stacks or shortstack properly. 30-40bbs is just an awkward stack size.
Stop limping so much. If you're first into the pot raise it up. If you're on the button and there's one limper to you and you have a hand you want to play, raise it up. It works better.
You limp too much.
