Small pocket against loose opponent

Villain is 69/21/ 1.8.

PF can probably warrant a fold although I have the BTN and I want to get in pots with the terrible BB. Would post flop be a good spot to play passive HU and get to showdown?

I don't like raising the flop here. He'll never fold a better hand and you are probably not a favorite on the money that goes in after the flop. I would just call down here, check behind if checked to.
