No converter, so I'll try and do my best. This is from the tourney I played tonight-we were less than 10 players from cashing, so the table was super tight and I had been stealing. Villian at this stage I had as clamped down.
It folded to sb, who completed. I have and raise to t1400. SB calls.
The flop comes (pot t3000). SB bets t1500 into me.
Whats my move here? The only hand I can put him on where I am a head is him with a weaker ace and the nut flush draw. With the short stacks, tight play, and position coming into me, I felt comfortable stealing my way into the money, so I folded. Should I have played it different though?

I love to float here. If he's betting a 7, and has the image you say he does, he's almost certainly check-folding the turn. Also, you said yourself you've been stealing a lot. He obviously knows that and might see you raising any 2 from the BB after his completing it.
I very highly doubt he's betting a ten here and I can't see him just completing 88+ so I think a 7 is our next best bet.

The chances of a random bluff here are higher, some players start to get stubborn when uve been stealing alot.
He could be on a weaker semi bluff (have you seen him semi bluff?) with 89, J9, 69 etc.

I like the concept of floating here only if we are certain villian isn't capable of two barreling. Otherwise this play doesn't make sense with the stack size here. Either way our play on the turn at that point is a push.
Since you raised pre flop if SB is any kind of decent he has to know a float feels a lot like a big ace. He's probably not going to release here unless a broadway card hits.
I think the more prudent play is a check raise all in.
