When you ship to the UK, does the final delivery get done by the regular postie or some courier firm? I ask because for me postie is good (can get past the gate), couriers have a tendency to be bad (drive up, drive away, rinse and repeat 3 times, never leave a card to let me know they've been, goods returned to sender).
Oh, and is Elements of Poker available in this offer?

Book shipping to the UK is via USPS, so it'll come via UK mail on your end.
The offer you link to has all the available books listed, unfortunately Elements of Poker isn't one of them. Elements of Poker is on sale this month though (as of right now, I haven't yet announced it) if that helps.
