Has anyone used a program called Shark-Mate?

It seems to use the same technology as poker tracker, but it tells you what other players stats are on Party Poker. Just wondering if it is a scam or if it's actually useful. Also seen a similar program called HandicapKing.

talked to u briefly on pms, like i said, poker edge also has the tool that helps u choose lobbies, i highly recommend it
