Dear Matthew:

The example you give on p. 183 where you hold 66 and the opponent puts you allin.. You use the following computation .38(.20) + .62 (.50) = .39 I understand the .38 and .39 from the range chart but where does the .20 and .50 come from where you multiply the figure? also you further give the 2004 Borgota hand w Ivey vs Arieh.. vs over pair .185(581) - .815 (323) = -156 where does the .185 and .815 come from the other two 581 and 321 is arieh's call and the pot size... please explain thanks steve
