I'm going to open an account with full tilt and would like to know if I can get the 100% signup bonus, frequent player points and rake back if I sign up through ITH.
If you sign up through the links noted there, you get the signup bonus, and get setup for rakeback. I'm not sure if there's something specific you need to know about the Full Tilt Points system, but the accrue normally without regard to whether you have rakeback or not or who you've signed up through. As noted in the FAQ, bonus and points redemptions are subtracted from your MGR, and so do impact your rakeback. Basically, every $100 in bonus/or points value redeemed will reduce your rakeback by $27. Bonus+rakeback is, of course, still better than either by themselves.

I'm going to sign up as well.
So after we click on the ITH banner, we click on the $600 bonus offer, not the click here to play button - is that right?
(sorry, I know it's probably obvious to everyone else, but I joined every other site without rakeback and I'm paranoid of blowing my last chance.)
Once you click on the banner in the link above, you can use whatever link on the FTP main page lets you download the client (I think it's the red chip, don't recall what it says). Use the bonus code from the link above (ITHR), and you should be all set.
