Dear Matthew:
In your charts which you show on in your new book on " Odds and Probabilities"
I understand how you determine the probability percentage of .07 of lets say AA on p.105 where you have AT vs early raiser but i dont understand how you determine the next column APP. Win % for AT First what does that mean and how does one determine that figure and then finally the last total which is .006 for AA. How does one get that figure? If I can understand that I can then figure it out on my own hands? thanks Steve

The poker calculator on our website helps determine this. You basically have to run the scenarios millions of times using a random generator calculator - there isn't a mathematical way.
