From what I have read a decent player should be earning in the region of 1-1.5 big bets per hundred hands. Is this figure meant to include rakeback and bonuses? Currently I am earning somewhere in the region of 0-0.5 bets per hour, but if I include rakeback and the bonuses I collect each month (around $400 per month, or 100 BB at the $2/$4) I am a big winner, winning over 2 BB/100. I am not sure if I should be aiming for more or not.
