QQ in tough flop situation

Villain is 70/7/1.3

Villain may be donking out a smaller pocket pair and If it was HU I would probably get to showdown but with one player left to act I elected to fold. UTG's aggression pre and post flop make me inclined to think that he has an ace or the less likely 9. I see a lot of these type of players playing something like A8o this way.

Can I continue here 3 way? Maybe call a flop bet to see what the SB does?

I would call here to see what SB does. If he as much as calls, you can be fairly sure at least someone has you beat.
