Hi everyone, I'm posting here because I had some troubles receiving the gift!
Some days ago I downloaded the PokerStars software using the ITH link, and play some hands to to be eligible to get my $60 of ITH promotion. After that I contacted PokerStars and ITH to check my account on PokerStars to confirm that I'm eligible to bonus, but only PokerStars answered me. I sent a mail 4/5 days ago to request my $60, and later i sent 3 mails to ITH support to solve that situation and nobody helped me ... I want to know if this happened before ...

I've been on the road with spotty internet access. I think I've actually caught up with all the e-mails to support@internettexasholdem.com, but if you haven't gotten a response, PM me with your information today, and I'll review tonight when I touch down again.
Just to handle the most typical problem with the Stars gifts right off the bat, though, when you fill out the order form you should receive an e-mail with instructions that need's to be responded to in order to complete the offer, and that e-mail seems to get blocked by e-mail filters at some of the big free e-mail providers, so you amy want to check your spam folder for messages from support@internettexasholdem.com.
