Poker stars play money account

A friend of mine downloaded the Poker stars software but has not done a deposit yet.Would he still be able to get the gift offer by using a code from ITH or would have he had to download the software through the link?

This is covered in the FAQ in more detail, http://www.internettexasholdem.com/phpbb2/ith-free-gift-offer-terms-and-instructions-vt46178.html, but basically if he creates a real money account on the existing installation he won't be eligible. If he completely removes the software and creates a new account for his real money play, he should be good to go.

As I suspected. Have to remove the existing softward application and reinstall with a real money account and refferal code.........sounds like simple buisness. Thanks.
