I've been asked to participate as judge in a poker charity event. My job is to determine the hand rankings. I'm very familiar with standard hand rankings for games like hold'em. However in this case there it's more like draw poker with mutliple decks.

What is the standard rule in games like 7 card stud or five card draw for two equal flushes (different suits but same exact card ranks)

Example

Player 1
ks, Ts, 7s, 6s, 5s

Player 2
Kd, Td, 7d, 6d, 5d

Split pot ?

Here are the rules I've been sent.....(feedback appreciated)

-------------------------

POKER GAMES RULES AND WINNERS

Five card draw around the lake, NOTHING wild. After the fifth card is drawn at the Seneca Lake Duck Hunters there is an option to trade in one card (ONE CARD ONLY) by buying a card from the deck for $3. JUDGE’S WINNING HAND ORDER:

ROYAL FLUSH ace though 10; same suit

STRAIGHT FLUSH any five cards in order; same suit

FOUR OF A KIND four cards of same value. If two players have
four of a kind, the highest ranking four cards
win

FULL HOUSE three cards of same value, plus two cards of
same value. If two players have a full house, the
highest ranking three cards win. If they are the same
the second two value cards determine winner. Tie draw

FLUSH any five cards of same suit; order does not
matter. Highest ranking card wins. Both have the same
high card continue next ranking cards. Tie draw a card.

STRAIGHT any five cards in order; do not have to be in
same suit. If both straights contain cards of the same rank
each player will draw a card. Highest card wins.

THREE OF A KIND if two players have three of a kind, highest
ranking three cards win

TWO PAIR if two players have two pairs, the player with the
highest ranking pair wins. If the top pairs are equal, the next
the next highest card breaks the tie.

PAIR highest pair wins. Both players have the same pair, the next
Card wins. Continues until a tie and each draws from the deck.

SUIT RANKING: highest clubs, diamonds hearts and spades lowest. In case of a TIE
draw from the deck. High card is the winner using suit ranking again if needed. Draw continues until a winner.

SPECIAL HAND: K AND 9: combination of a K and a 9 of the same suit

THE JUDGE: Steve Hallam. JUDGE’S DECISION FINAL!!!!

I think it is very odd to play any kind of poker with more than one deck, but in any case, in stud or draw suit rank does not matter. For example, if two players hold a royal flush in different suits, it would be a split pot.
