I want to make an interactive poker quiz.

One that plays out the hands street by street just like on PXF but you get to make decisions and it feels like a real online game.

I'll obviously need to be able to set up some situations where Hero gets X and Villian has Y, and the board comes ABCDE.

Are there any programs out there that would allow me to do that?

I looked around for one a while back without much luck. If you find something please post a link Smile

I posted this around a few other forums apparently the consensus is that I need to make a new program using flash/java/c++/html or w/e. Probably gonna have to find a programmer to do it for me.

Can I make a suggestion?

When you get the program written, have it do its work by reading a "flat file" that
you can make and edit again and again.

That way you can use the same "Poker Quiz" software and make several "Quizes" over time without recoding.

You can take hand histories and use a wordprocessor to turn it into a "Quiz"

I'd say something like PHP would be the way to go. (A web site, in other words.)

My goal is basically exactly what you said, the quiz aspect was just a good synonym I think.

getafreelancer is a great site for this type of stuff if you don't feel like learning yourself.

You could probably get this done for like $50.
