How would you recommend playing small pairs from early or middle position, in a full-ring game assuming stack sizes are about equal. It seems like if I open for a raise and get a caller and then the flop comes with over cards I am in a difficult spot. If I c-bet and get called I don't know what to do on the turn. I know it depends on the board texture, but perhaps some general advice would be helpful.

Thanks!

Are you playing in mostly heads-up pots, or multiway?
