Just made my first post in the new member section and would like to follow that up by asking for some advice on the Playboy bonus.
Signed up through the ITH link, created an account and got to the deposit page. Entered ITHNOV, clicked apply and then got the following message:
"Your bonus code: ITHNOV could not be located. You may not be eligible or the promotional offer may not have started yet. Please check the bonus code and promotion dates. If you have concerns, please contact Customer Support."
Anyone have any ideas why it didn't work? Or is going through Customer Support the best option?

| The only experience I have with this problem is that ITHNOV will only work with USD accounts. If you have a GBP account, you'll need a different code. I'm waiting to hear back from our rep at Playboy with regards to this problem for another player as well, and he's promised me he'll have a code we can use sometime on Friday. |

| If it's a US dollar account, that code should work fine. You can e-mail me your screen name and I can look into it for you (support@internettexasholdem.com). |

I'm looking into it (actually even before getting the PM  )but it appears that our rep may have taken a vacation and won't be around until the 3rd of January. I'm going to see if I can get in touch with someone else there to get a quicker answer, but I don't expect to hear anything before tomorrow at the earliest. |
