I was using bonuscode "ITH150" and deposit $100.
With this bonuscode I should get a specialmatchbonus of %100 for Partycasino-bets. In my case this should be $100. Why I didnt' get this bonus?

You may want to contact Party support directly, as they should be able to fix this type of problem under normal circumstances. If you can send me your Party screenname via PM, I can also check with my contact there to see if they can give any further information.

Not yet, but she did respond to my e-mail this morning that she's looking into it. I'm sure she doesn't have direct access to the information from her department, so it's probably a case of having to get an answer from someone else and it may take a day or two from this point. I'll let you know as soon as I have an answer.
