I think I would like to keep grinding SNG's and get my BR transferd to FTP. I am not sure what level I want to play or how much I should keep for a BR. Alot of you know what I have acomplished and I think getting sound advice from alot of you is the best thing for me. So what level should I play and how much should I keep for a BR?

Depends what your goals are.

Have you wanted to play at higher levels, but not had the BR before? If so, then leave yourself sufficient funds to play at that level and build from there.

If you're happy at the levels you play at, then just leave what you're comfortable with.

Just don't start playing at levels which are probably beyond your level (e.g. $100r). I'm sure you're a good judge of where your skills levels lie.

Hope this helps.

You do have rakeback at Cake do you not? I'd make sure to leave some there to take advantage of it. Then cash some out and xfer the rest to sites you like to play at.

OK. Realize that I actually haven't won anything so this advice come unhindered by experience.

You have a radically bigger BR. I would still play at your previous BR levels. Take your excess and cash out for now. You aren't significantly better now than you were on Thursday.

BR management. Rinse and repeat.

I honestly wouldn't even keep alot in you account. If i was you, i'd cashout like $45k. I personally think it would be a very bad idea jumping up limits. Yeah, $50k is a huge sum of money. But i would still carry on playing at your limits. I wouldn't jump up a couple of levels because of this big win.

I'd keep very little... 1-5k, I kept 1k when I won 150k.

I wouldn;t jump up limits either, right now you feel on top of the world and it feels like you could easily make moeny playing big MTTs or SNGs or whatever. But you'll rarely objectively evaulate your own game after a big win.

I really wouldn't keep much in more in my BR, but it could be ok if your responsible. I know the 50k goes a long ways for your family so I'd put those needs ahead of poker for sure.

Congrats Wes, big big score man!

He's paid up, although I'm considering a vote for a special tax on those people who've won 50k in a single sitting Wink Congrats Wes!

Keep 10% for bankroll, and then you and Dire can sit down and figure out what to do with the rest.

Very nice win Wes .. nice to see something breaking well for you Smile

You have made me smile with your 5000th post.

I am sure that Dire would be quite happy (I know that you meant Dre but it's more fun this way Smile ) to sit down with wes and split the winnings.

Dire was my personal bad luck charm back in the mafia games we played together. He hasn't been seen much around these parts lately....one post this year back in March.
