Not quite sure how this works

I am looking to load into another poker site. I currently am playing at UB and am thinking about loading into either Poker Stars or Full Tilt.

Now, I see that I can sign up to these sites via ITH and will receive a bonus of some sort plus a free gift but I don't see where this rakeback comes into play. Is there some place in the signup to sign up for it? Does a percentage of the rake magically appear in my site account after so much play?

Stars doesn't do rakeback, so you can only get the FGO there. Tilt does rakeback and the details can be found here
