Matthew,
There is something missing in OAP and ITH books that I would really love to see - starting hand requirements for short-handed play and a chapter on entering the pot and strategy adjustments. I rarely play shorthanded, since I don't feel comfortable in it. It just seems like I am blinding my money away too fast while waiting for a reasonable hand to play. But you often end up with 5-6 people at the table for some time, while players get on/off the table.
I don't anticipate major post-flop strategy changes, but short-handed starting hands requirements are crucial and are nowhere to be found ... Time to share all your short-handed expertise
