How do I got about requesting "Limit Hold'em: Winning Short-Handed Strategies" when I fill out one of the free gift offers? I don't see it in the list of books. Also, is it still in pre-order status?

A couple of the offers (Everest and the current Mansion offer) don't include every book in the store, so that may be why it's missing from the order form. Otherwise, it should be in alphabetical order down-list among the standard gifts (a few non-alphabetical order items appear at the top of the list).
It is still a pre-order book for the time being. I was told last week by the distributor that it was scheduled for an October release and should be shipping any day now, but I know it was originally scheduled for a September release as well. It appears to be an issue with the publisher, as I understand that is actually available in Europe already.

Everest and Mansion are smaller rooms that we're experimenting with for the time being to look at marketing specific items/combos. We do run special offers at rooms fairly often these days as well, so it's possible these (or others) will pop back up with a wider range of items available in the future.
