Just saw this come out over the AP newswire at work. I did a quick google search to find a link with no luck however. I guess nobody has posted it yet. I'm pretty sure in march he pleaded not guilty.
I'm actually in the middle of a trial right now, and one of the prosecutors is the guy who is handling the Neteller case as well (or at least was doing so initially when it got publicity).
If it makes anyone feel better, I think he's losing my case.
