Hi,
Is it safe for non-US gamers to utilise Neteller? I'm not quite sure how or if the recent troubles affect non-US gamers. Should one be wary regarding their stability? I was just about to deposit to them when I heard about the case, etc. and so I'm not quite sure how to proceed.
