First of, thanks for another great book and good luck at WSOP! =D>
I think I spiked an error - in SNG example on page 160 we end up on the turn with Hero holding and board showing
You estimate the Villain to have hit a straight, and the Hero to have nine outs to the flush (4:1 odds). However, a seven here would also give the Hero a straight that will only lose to specifically 98, which is very unlikely holding here. Worst case, Hero will split if Villain holds 87.
So, I believe we have 9 outs to a flush plus solid three outs to straight (minus seven of spades). This is 3:1 and much easier call, we don't even need implied odds here.
