I would like to get your thoughts and feedback on avoiding tilt. Within the last week, I have noticed that I am prone to tilt. And not just any kind of tilt, but super mega raging tilt. The kind that makes you want to stand up and stick an ice pick into the guy or gal that put a bad beat on me. Not literally of course, but you get the point.
My bankroll and my game have probably never suffered more. I have imposed a mandatory break for myself and am a little gun shy about returning to the tables. I feel like every play I am making is wrong and or a losing proposition.
Thus I am looking for specific things to do and work on so that I can get my game back on track.
