There isn't currently.
Normally, all the non-recurring events will be announced in this and/or the Announcements forum. One such event can be found here.
There are also player organized events that often get announced in the General forum. Recently, Zonify has been organizing a regular Sunday afternoon event which I believe he posts about early Sunday morning when it's running. See here, for last week's.
Any recurring events (like the various leagues) will definitely be announced in this forum, and we are currently working on some league choices which will start early in the new year.

Keep an eye on the General Forum for private tourny announcements for ITH tourny's. I believe that Zonify's tourny's are $10 entry. SJ is also going to run a $100 ITH Superstar series of SNGs after Christmas for anyone that is interested. That thread is in the MTT forum.
On a similar topic, I just learned that to setup private tourneys on stars you need to accumulate 2000 fpps. I am at 165. Is it ever done where someone will set one up for you? My buddies and I would like to have a small (9 person) tourney.
