Have been having a torrid time at 6max limit holdem recently but this morning after a longish session of raising pre flop and seeing upto 4 callers and missing the flop completely, these 2 came along. The first is quite nice but one round later I got Jacks again and the fun really started.
PokerStars Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
Preflop: Hero is BB with ,
UTG calls, 1 fold, CO calls, 2 folds, Hero raises, UTG calls, CO 3-bets, Hero caps, UTG calls, CO calls
Flop: (12.5 SB) , , (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls, CO raises, Hero calls, UTG calls
Turn: (9.25 BB) (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, CO bets, Hero raises, 1 fold, CO calls
I was a little concerned by AA but there had been some very odd play and overlimping/3 betting w AA made no sense. Also if she had AA I had the flush draw to myself. I wasn't too worried about the limper on my left as he was an ATC merchant and seemed loathed to fold whatever the board showed and regardless of the action.
River: (13.25 BB) (2 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Hero calls
Yuck! AK with the King of hearts was my fear.
Total pot: $17.25 (17.25 BB) | Rake: $0.50
Results
Hero had , (three of a kind, Jacks).
CO had , (one pair, tens).
Outcome: Hero won $16.75[/color]

I don't know what drugs the A5o was on but he made my day.
EDIT: looking at this again I think I played the first hand poorly. I should have 3bet the flop and led the turn (unless it had been capped on flop) |

| I just noticed that the rake is the same in both hands. $0.50 for a $45 pot? That seems very reasonable... I'm assuming that the rake is capped at $0.50 at this limit on PS? |

| I just love the way MP couldn't get rid of those queens in the 2nd hand. He just keeps calling and praying it doesn't get raised again! |

Damien:
I had a lot of trouble with the converter as I couldn't get it to convert my history files from Holdem Manager so ended up getting them e-mailed from Stars. I hadn't noticed it had missed the flushes nor am I sure about the rake. I thought the rake was higher at Stars but I may be wrong but it is capped.
I think that's the first time I can remember being in a hand thet was capped on every street, especially as it was multiway. I don't know why the button kept raising with bottom pair but I'm glad he did. I've been losing a lot of pots recently with a flopped set (see the 250bb downswing rant) so this made me feel a lot better. It would have been nice if it had happened when I was getting slaughtered on the 2/4 tables but I'm grateful all the same.

As far as the queens go I don't know why he stayed in. There were a host of hands that beat him but maybe he'd come across the nutter on the button before and was praying I was over playing AJ...........but 4way capped 3 streets and 3 way capped 4 streets was very sweet.
Of course if this hand had happened during my bad streak last weekend the river would have been a Q |
